Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Membership Program Operations

· 
Operate and manage the FBP Division's membership program.

· 
Coordinate and manage the inventory and shipment of annual membership gifts.

· 
Handle the shipment and follow-up for year-end gifts.

· 
Address and resolve inquiries and requests related to the membership program from stores, customers, and the Customer Care Center (CCC).

2. La Collection Program Management

· 
Update the La Collection gift inventory and redemption status on the website.

· 
Consolidate gift applications and manage the shipment of Service Requests (SRs) for redeemed gifts.

3. Gift and Promotion Management

· 
Ensure the accurate delivery of gifts and promotional items to each store and follow up on any issues.

· 
Assist with the packing and dispatch of gifts and membership kits.

· 
Prepare marketing materials, such as leaflets and samples, for packing and dispatch.

· 
Sort and manage new product samples.

· 
Organize POP/display materials for in-store counter promotions.

4. Customer Experience and Data Management

· 
Provide operational support for other tasks related to membership and customer experience.

· 
Manage member registration and renewal data.

· 
Organize and maintain customer service manuals and FAQs.

Qualifications

· 
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· 
Meticulous and proactive problem-solving abilities.

· 
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· 
Previous experience in customer service or membership program operations is preferred.
