Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Successfully delivering key digital tools/projects at the boutique level.
- Monitor project progress, highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Analyzing data and collecting feedbacks from team member to seek opportunities for improvement and suggestion.
- Working collaboratively with Boutique Operations & Project Manager, Office Retail Operation Team and/or other business partners to ensure a smooth project rollout.
- Taking an active role to support team member to help achieve overall digital and team goals.
- To ensure boutique system/software/website has meet the data protection policy and comply with Information Security.
- Stay up to date with the Company’s digital technologies and be the go-to person in the BTQ for digital tools support/inquires.

Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of retail operation experience.
- Previous working experience in fashion or luxury industry is a plus
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Required Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and data analysis capabilities.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, have the ability to identify risks and problems.
- Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required.
- Clear sense of project ownership and accountability.
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
- Positive attitude and a good team player.
