<> Client Communication Plan Execution: • Collaborate with the Marketing team to consolidate CRM and social campaign asset requests and submit detailed briefs. • Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail teams to develop and maintain LINE post and EDM content files. • Work closely with Regional and cross-functional teams to help prepare communication test previews for LINE and EDM. Outreach Program Execution: • Partner with vendors, Marketing, and Retail teams to execute third-party outreach initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. VIC Program Coordination: • Support the execution of loyalty programs. • Coordinate with vendors and Retail teams to source VIC gifts and ensure smooth execution in collaboration with Beauty Advisors. • Monitor client appointment schedules and oversee timely gift delivery logistics with vendors. CRM Operations: • Assist in preparing and delivering monthly CRM and LINE performance reports. • Provide support in tracking and executing CRM incentive programs. • Aid in managing CRM and digital campaign purchase orders (PO). Website Merchandising Support • Constructing web pages content including assets, copies, and product grids according to brand.com campaign merchandising plan. • Daily assist to manage display product assortment and sequence by request or campaign/business strategy. Daily/Regular Website Function Monitoring • Function and user flow check after regular system deployment. • Daily website sanity check. • Issue ticket raise and follow up once any issue identified and to ensure all tickets are resolved with proper solution.
