DC Coordinator - Fashion & WFJ

Job description

Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth and reliable WFJ operations as the primary focus within the DC FWFJ team by executing key outbound activities such as consignment outbound, inventory stock taking, SPM operations, and overseas transfers, while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate inventory and efficient operations..

Key Responsibilities:

·  Execute WFJ and consignment outbound transactions accurately.
·  Handle WFJ and consignment returns and reconcile with physical inventory.
·  Perform stock taking for WFJ and consignment inventory control.
·  Manage end-to-end operations for PR department products (FGPS).
·  Request and monitor inventory adjustments for WFJ and ACC products.
·  Monitor WFJ and overseas transfer KPIs and report key issues.
·  Coordinate with delivery vendors (e.g., Valex, Brinks) and issue vouchers.
·  Provide input and support preparation for WFJ-related projects and stakeholder meetings.
·  Manage overseas outbound transfers. - Ensure accurate data processing and communicate with internal teams. Oversee and ensure proper verification of returned products(quantity, condition, and serial numbers). Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
·  Collaborate with WFJ stakeholders through regular meetings.
·  Execute and manage selected SPM operational tasks.
·  Take responsibility for assigned external warehouse tasks.
·  Support FA and WFJ staff sales events.

Role Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualification

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Work Experience

·  Entry-level or up to 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
·  Basic understanding of ERP/WMS systems is a plus.

Required Competencies

·  Willingness to work flexibly based on operational needs and volume.
·  Good communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
·  Fluent English communication skills
·  Basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
