Job description

Within Chanel Tech, GIT’ – Global Innovation & Technology - Team ambition is to provide innovative, transversal and tailor-made solutions to enable CHANEL to offer a magical customer experience.

This specific role is located within the newly created Project Management Center of Expertise (‘PM COE’) of GIT which aims at fostering a shared and common Chanel Tech Way to Project Management in order to make the Delivery of all Tech initiatives more efficient.

The Community & Change Management – Senior Manager role is a key position to enable the PM COE to get to the next stage after a successful start. It will enable the whole Chanel Tech Community to upscale on Delivery practices: whether on establishing and growing common Governance & Standards (PM Frameworks) and on facilitating the adoption of Delivery Core Model Platforms (Atlassian products)

This position can involve travel to a reasonable extent (<20%) in order to build relationship with the stakeholders and internal partners

What impact you create at CHANEL :

·  Overall, this is a transversal role within the PM CoE to manage all Change management and Communications activities.
·  The role implies the following responsibilities: Stream Leader for the ‘Community Animation’ and ‘Framework & Governance’
·  Jiranium (Atlassian products): create and animate the Jiranium Community for already onboarded entities: lead Steerco and other recurring key meetings with Champions and others stakeholders to exchange best practices on the Platforms
·  Framework: manage the Continuous improvement processes of the Framework (with consistency with the related ‘Toolkit’), lead and carry-out the Communication and the Change Management activities across the Framework, the Toolkit and the related content: E-Learning, promotion, adoption,…
·  Upskilling of competencies: manage initiatives regarding upskilling and training of competencies.
·  New Services :  support in the communication and promotion of new services defined by the Service Manager
