Job description
The Client Relationship Manager is in charge of elevating client experience to develop long-term loyalty of clients with the brand. He/She will play a key role in cultivating a client-centric culture within the boutique and across all Fashion Advisors by constantly advocating the importance of client engagement and by strengthening Fashion Advisors skills at Clienteling, equipping them with maximum information about existing and future clients. He/She will work closely with the Marketing team to implement actions together to achieve CEM objectives. He/She will be the ambassador of Client Service Values, championing CSV as a mindset and recognizing FAs who excel in servicing clients in ways that benefit the brand’s image.
Work Experience
· Fashion / retail / luxury
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Boutique
· Relevant Client Engagement Management-related experience is a plus

· Possess an understanding of Chanel culture and values
· Training and communication skills
· Analytical and organizational capabilities
