Job description
Within the Chanel Global Digital Services (GDS), a team at the genesis of the new Chanel.com, you will be part of a strong & dynamic team in charge of managing relationship between key stakeholders of the website & GDS. You will report directly to the Business Partners Director and act as the key point of contact for Divisions, and being the bridge between business needs and GDS departments (Publishing, Product, PMO, Design, IT…)
Your role will be to support the digital team by collecting and understanding business needs as well as ensuring a follow up on each of them (e.g., communicate progress on initiatives roadmap, alert on planning risks for initiative and/or IT projects that could impact the division, workshops needed). With your deep understanding of digital assets and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will use your innate ability to understand, advise, translate and unite all stakeholders from Division around a common realistic operational vision.
Your main missions will be focus on:

Act as a Division Ambassador within GDS department by making sure Division Digital strategy as well as key division information (e.g., business priorities, fashion show, launch of new product) are well known and anticipated.

Serve as the primary GDS contact , collecting and understanding business needs to operationalize the Division digital strategy into concrete actions & activities done by GDS (e.g., creation of webpage for a campaign, reporting on initiatives follow up, ad-hoc data & insights reports, communication regarding business & IT project or incidents).

Act as a pivot within GDS to make sure that each request from division is correctly understood, designed, developed, tested, and deployed correctly once prioritized.

Follow and support within GDS department the roadmap execution , ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are met.

Create synergies with other GDS Business Partners as well as all GDS departments to identify transversal/cross-divisional topics.

Animate & maintain strong relationship with Division Digital/IT communities by defining tailor-made governance to make sure communication is constant and “always on”.

Be proactive by sharing any useful information to the division: usage services, cross-divisional topics, regions requests, production incidents, resources changes within GDS, industry trends… as well as developing ways of working to ensure division is correctly supported by GDS (e.g., divisional SLAs).
