We are currently recruiting a Fragrance & Beauty Business Manager to join one of our largest beauty locations in Sydney, David Jones Elizabeth Street.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fragrance & Beauty Business Manager is responsible for leading an energetic and passionate team who are dedicated to creating experiences for our clients. Through a keen sense of business acumen, the Business Manager is responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and leadership in the market by liaising with field teams (VM,L&D), corporate functions (Finance and HR) and the department store management.

Thinking 'outside the four walls' of the Boutique and considering the entire client experience across all touch points of Makeup, Fragrance and Skincare.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Empower the team, provide feedback and show commitment to the growth and development of the team by creating a culture of learning.

Partner with our learning team, provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge & expertise.
·
Create and continue a strong relationship with our retail partner, striving to achieve the best outcome for Chanel.
·
Role model the Chanel service standards for client experience and lead by example on the selling floor.
·
Create and maintain a client base for the boutique by pro-actively to recruiting and growing client loyalty.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Demonstrated management experience preferably within a luxury or fast-moving environment.
·
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
·
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
·
Enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to lead a team to success.
·
Open-mindedness to diversity and cultural differences along with the ability to work with team members and clients of diverse backgrounds.
·
The ability to work across a roster that covers the trading hours of the department store.
