Job Mission:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior management, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our organization. You will actively engage with key stakeholders across various departments to provide insightful financial analysis, support decision-making, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities / What you can bring to the team:
Contribute to business decisions:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for financial matters and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support operational and strategic planning.
· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance, monitor external environment such as macro factors and recommend appropriate course of strategic actions.
· Drive sustainability initiatives and assess financial and non-financial impact.
Drive business performance management :
· Efficient and effective overview of all corporate functions. Monthly monitoring expenditure, review with all corporate GMs, providing financial recommendation.
· Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analysis, highlighting key risks and opportunities to senior management.
· Support forecasting and budgeting process by working closely with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and align financial goals with overall business objectives.
· Support sustainability initiatives and build the reporting of relevant information or KPIs.
Project basis
· Prepare financial simulations for new projects and challenge business team assumptions. Obtain management approvals within a matrix organization.
· Actively engage in corporate projects to provide financial solution and ROI analysis.
· Carry out post-mortem review to ensure actual project outcome as plan.
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· University degree in Business Administration with major in Finance, Accounting, Management Systems, or Economics, or Quantitative Finance
· Financial or management accounting professional qualification are preferred.
Work Experience
· Multiple years working experience in Business Finance or Financial Planning Analysis area.
· consumer goods or retail industry are preferred.
· Management trainee or accounting or audit firm are preferred.
Required Competencies
· Ability to see both the big picture and the details.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
· Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
· Pay attention to details and able to work under pressure.
· Proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
