Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain the Image of the Brand
· Maintain good housekeeping of boutique areas including front of house, back of house and Retail Sales Office at all times. Ensure image guidelines are thoroughly followed.
· Portray a professional image of personal grooming in accordance with the image of Chanel.
· Provide Ultimate Luxury Customer Experience
· Provide ultimate luxury customer experience according to our Client Service Values.
· Work closely with the selling team to provide seamless luxury service to customers.
· Be Client-centric
· Serve drinks to customers with company standards.
· Perform wrapping service according to company guidelines.
· Effectively Handle Day-to-day Operations
· Handle daily operations duties by following the requirements as indicated in the Standard Operational Procedures.
· Place order, unpack and store properly of the following items:
· Wrapping materials
· Cleansing materials
· Drinks for customers and related materials for serving drinks
· Keep track of the inventory and ensure sufficient quality of the above items
· Collect and send out dirty laundry (e.g. uniform, gloves, towels, scarf and changing room robe). Upon return, sort, count and distribute the fabrics.
· Follow daily job allocation as required by the Boutique Management and according to boutique needs.
· Foster Close Partnerships
· Promote teamwork and work closely within the boutique and with other boutiques.
· Work with vendors and Retail Assistants for ordering of materials.
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· Secondary school graduate.
Work Experience
· Related experience in hospitality or retail.
Required Competencies
· Native in Cantonese. Able to speak simple Mandarin and English.
· Good interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills.
