At the heart of the Boutique İstinye Park İstanbul, the Beauty Confidant - Facialist embraces a unique and personalized approach for every client. Combining a strong sense of customer service, active teamwork, and a commitment to performance, they create a unique and memorable client experience. Passionate, attentive, and versatile, they introduce clients to the full range of products available in the Boutique and provide in-cabin skincare treatments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Creator of the CHANEL Experience in Boutique and Cabin
· Welcoming clients and guiding them through their journey in the Boutique.
· Offering every client an exceptional, warm, and bespoke experience.
· Inspiring clients to desire and dream about CHANEL by combining storytelling with a deep knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, modernity, and expertise.
· Providing beauty services to clients.
· Promoting and performing the skincare services offered in the dedicated cabin.
· Paying special attention to clients’ comfort and well-being to create a unique and unforgettable skincare moment.
· Managing and developing your client database to maintain client loyalty and extend the CHANEL experience beyond their visit to the Boutique.
· Mastering the brand's digital strategy and staying informed about market trends to play an active role in ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience for clients.
· Sharing responsibility for maintaining the Boutique in perfect condition, adhering strictly to established guidelines.
Contributor to CHANEL's Performance
· Actively contributing to the growth of the business by achieving sales targets set by management, leveraging all available resources such as products, services, and data collection to recruit and retain clients.
· Demonstrating initiative and creativity in developing innovative action plans to meet various objectives.
· Possessing a thorough understanding of procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the Boutique.
· Managing client transactions efficiently.
· Sharing best practices with the team, fostering a positive dynamic, and contributing to the enrichment of collective knowledge and skills.
Profile Sought:
· A professional in sales, passionate about the Fragrance & Beauty sector, particularly in skincare.
· Holder of a recognized aesthetic certificate, authorizing the provision of in-cabin treatments.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
· Proactive, with great listening and adaptability skills in a constantly evolving environment.
· Strong interest in performance and challenges.
· Open to intercultural experiences.
· Fluency in English is required.
