Job description
Job Purpose:
Assist L&D manager in planning, implementing and directing sales training programs and retail people development to ensure the effectiveness of training and development programs and make contributions to Salesforce’s productivity and quality of service.
Role & Responsibilities :
Sales Training
· Work closely with L&D team and other departments within FBP division to identify sales training needs, plan training budget and annual training calendar.
· Ensure provide high quality training and deliver the effectiveness of training programs through well plan training preparation, quality of delivery, evaluation and follow-up.
· Review and ensure sales training programs are delivered according to Chanel image standard and Regional guidelines.
· Provide necessary feedback report and follow up action plans to update regional/local team.
Coaching and Retail people development
· Lead, drive and develop RLDP team to make contributions to salesforce productivity, retail people development and ensure quality of service at POS/BTQ.
· Provide field coaching to counter managers regularly to ensure upskill retail leaders at POS/BTQ.
· Ensure provide high quality of retail people development and local retail leadership
Assist L&D manager for L&D team development
· Provide support to L&D manager to upskill team members and build new capability for L&D organization
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· University graduates or above
Work Experience
· Over 3 years of work experiences in leadership Training and people development of Human Resources/Training field In retail/Cosmetics industry.
Required Competencies
· Knowledge of retail Salesforce, people development and leadership/Management training
· Strong communication, organization, influential, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Result and detail oriented and organized
· Fluent in English (Communication in oral and writing)
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
· Ability to continuously demonstrate resilience, agility, innovation, managing multi tasks and complex projects.
