ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY CONTRACT) - PANAMÁ

 

Location : Panamá, Panamá City

Reports to : Accounting Manager

Contract : Full-time and temporary contract position

YOUR ROLE @CHANEL

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this temporary contract role will be responsible for the proper recording and bookkeeping of transactions for all entities among other accounting related duties

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

·  Update monthly account auxiliaries for their review.
·  Review daily sales of boutiques.
·  Preparation of monthly support for Bank Reconciliation.
·  SharePoint control of the sales boutique.
·  VAT Declaration report generated to AX.
·  Generated information in AX for Purchasing report.
·  Assist the department in other areas, when required.

YOU ARE ENERGIZED BY

·  Analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and solving complex problems related to financial reporting or tax issues.
·  Helping others navigate accounting challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

·  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
·  Strong knowledge with Microsoft Excel
·  Service oriented and customer focused.
·  Able to work independently as well as be a team player.
·  Self-motivated, team player, strong at collaborative working relationships. 
·  Must be someone organized, resourceful, problem-solving oriented, with a clear communication and strong analytical skills.
·  Experience in accounting related positions.
·  Experience in working with ERP’s such as AX and SAP will be appreciated
