Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Production Support: Provide ongoing support for the Wire Engine, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Openshift, Unix, Core Java, Oracle, Wire Payments, FIS OPF, and IBM ACE.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Wire Engine.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement changes to enhance performance and reliability.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Openshift, Unix, Core Java, Oracle, Wire Payments, FIS OPF, and IBM ACE.
• Experience: Previous experience in production support roles, particularly within the financial services industry.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work environments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
