CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Lead. This opportunity will support a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic ERP implementation.

This position is located in our Arlington, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Training Lead, you will use training and instructional design to help ensure conformity with mission training objectives and develop plan and training materials as scheduled. Duties include:
• Develop, implement, and monitor training activities as stated in the training plan.
• Responsible for creation and oversight of the development of training materials to include instructor-led training courseware, eLearning courseware, job aids and supporting/supplemental materials to include end user and help desk support.
• Develop, review and maintain training deliverables to include training plan, training curriculum, training summary plan and plan of instruction.
• Provide supervision to the training team, assign tasks and manage the team’s workload
Lead and conduct weekly status meetings (internal and client facing); prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes and supporting materials as applicable.
• Track, monitor and resolve training risks, issues and action items.
• Provide status reporting

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Training, HR or related field.
• 8-10 years designing and developing course curriculum and training materials.
• 3+ years executing classroom training.
• 2+ years creating eLearning/CBT content
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Strong command of MS Office tools.
• Team building, organization and leadership skills.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience working on major implementation/integration programs

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $150,800.00.
