Level 1 | 2- 4 YEARS
Fundamental understanding of retail store devices and Tasks
Knowledge on POS systems, peripherals, and payment terminals
Basic troubleshooting knowledge on pumps/fule and POS related issues
Excellent communication skills

Ability to coordinate and manage conversations with multiple stakeholders
Level 2 | 4- 6 YRS
