Position Description
First level Applications Development professional, representing the most common entry point into the organisation. Performs routine activities related to applications development. Focuses on learning and acquiring work skills/knowledge in the Applications Development field.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Position Description
Location: Chennai
Must have 2-4 years of end to end TIBCO experience including support area.
Must have worked on applications deployments and code release into production
Must have working knowledge on TIBCO BW code debug, should have ability to code for minor enhancements.
Strong working experience in TIBCO Administration ie. installations on linux servers, writing hawk rules, setting up EMS configurations.

should have experience with TIBCO Vendor support.
Executes / supports the Change and Release processes
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Participate in activities such as production monitoring, Break fix resolution including bridge calls, problem solving, gap analysis and configuration resolutions, Communication of delays, meetings with development, vendor support and documentation, monitor jobs, emails, alerts and create reports based on activities.
Identify automation opportunities, reduce manual activities, document support activities, and partner with development team on project and enhancement work.
Notify, escalate and support failure, manage incident and problem tickets.
Support production implementations and post- change validations
Support of existing production applications including monitoring and break fix resolution.
Transition of project deliverables to production support Modification of existing applications to resolve production issues Root cause analysis and preventative steps for repeated issues Resolve/ develop tactical solutions for reported problems.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Willing to work on Oncall based on team ROTA
