Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for a skilled Pega QA Engineer with experience in testing Pega-based applications and BPM workflows. The candidate will be responsible for validating Pega implementations, ensuring application quality, and supporting end-to-end testing across business processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and execute test cases for Pega applications and BPM workflows.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Pega-based solutions.
• Validate case management flows, business rules, and decision logic implemented in Pega.
• Collaborate with Pega developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).
• Validate integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases).
• Participate in test planning, test strategy, and test execution in Agile environments.
• Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience in software testing, with hands-on experience in Pega application testing.
• Strong understanding of Pega BPM workflows, case management, and business rules.
• Experience in functional and integration testing of enterprise applications.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI).
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Bugzilla.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
