Position Description:

We are looking for an experience and skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions (workflows, service portal, integrations)
• Drive automation and orchestration initiatives to improve platform efficiency and performance
• Coordinate and manage releases, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and ITSM/ITOM modules
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
• Experience with cloud and container technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices

Soft Skills
• Analytical problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across distributed teams
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented

Additional Information
• ServiceNow certification is a strong asset
• Fluent in English (required); French is a plus
