Position Description:
This position requires someone to be in a hybrid office work setting in Cleveland, OH.
For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available.
We are looking for an experienced Test Data Management Engineer to support enterprise testing initiatives within a large banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience with K2View and a solid understanding of test data provisioning, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data refresh processes across complex application landscapes.
The role will work closely with QA, development, application, database, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure accurate, secure, and timely availability of test data across lower environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and support Test Data Management solutions using K2View.
. Provision test data across QA, SIT, UAT, performance, and other non production environments.. Create and maintain test data workflows for complex banking applications and integrated systems.
. Perform data masking, tokenization, obfuscation, and de identification to protect sensitive and personally identifiable information.
. Build and maintain data subsets based on business and testing requirements.
. Support synthetic test data generation where production like data cannot be used.
. Configure and maintain business entities, data models, interfaces, and data pipelines within K2View.
. Automate test data refresh and provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency.
. Work with QA teams to understand test scenarios and provide fit for purpose data.
. Troubleshoot test data issues involving missing, inconsistent, stale, or invalid data.
. Perform data validation and reconciliation across source and target systems.
. Support integration of K2View with databases, APIs, applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
. Work with security and compliance teams to ensure test data practices align with banking privacy and regulatory requirements.
. Maintain documentation for test data models, provisioning processes, masking rules, and operational procedures.
. Support production like test environments while ensuring controlled access to sensitive information.
. Participate in Agile ceremonies, defect triage, release planning, and environment readiness discussions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
. Strong hands on experience with K2View Test Data Management.
. Strong understanding of Test Data Management concepts and practices.
. Experience with:
. Test data provisioning
. Data masking and obfuscation
. Data subsetting
. Synthetic data generation
. Data refresh and synchronization
. Test data lifecycle management
. Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, or similar.
. Strong SQL skills, including complex querying and data validation.
. Experience working with APIs, file based integrations, and enterprise application interfaces.
. Knowledge of data privacy, PII protection, and security controls in non production environments.
. Ability to analyze complex application data relationships and dependencies.
. Experience troubleshooting data related issues across multiple applications and databases.
. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $176,300.00.
