Procurement Functional Consultant (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Job description

Position Description:

We are looking for a Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Consultant to join our ERP team and work across both Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS).
The consultant will combine strong Procurement and Source-to-Pay business process knowledge with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement expertise, supporting clients throughout the full application lifecycle — from implementation and rollout to ongoing support, enhancements and continuous improvement.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct functional workshops with Procurement and Finance stakeholders.
• Perform fit-to-standard / fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules and related business processes.
• Design and support end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, data migration and extensions.
• Support supplier and procurement data migration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Work closely with Finance, SCM, technical and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Application Management Services (AMS)
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring or complex functional issues.
• Manage functional configuration changes, enhancements and minor evolutions.
• Support business users with Procurement application and process-related issues.
• Assess change requests, define functional solutions and provide effort estimates.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates through impact assessment, regression testing and adoption of relevant new features.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge management and knowledge transfer activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Procurement / ERP solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Hands-on experience with relevant Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities, such as: Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification Management, etc.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier management, receiving and procurement-related workflows.
• Good understanding of Procurement integration with Accounts Payable, Inventory and other Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM areas.
• Experience with functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing and change management.
• Ability to analyze incidents and business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Understanding of integrations, data migration and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within international and distributed delivery teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement certification(s).
• Experience in both implementation projects and AMS/managed services environments.
• Experience with multi-country implementations, rollouts or support models.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with other Oracle Fusion areas such as Financials, Inventory, Order Management or SCM.
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience working with ITSM processes and tools, including Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and SLA/KPI-driven support environments.
