Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate obsolescence and decommissioning activities in collaboration with the Tribe and IT Cluster PMO
• Manage or contribute to technical projects initiated by either ITG Production or BP2I
• Ensure the provisioning of workstations and IT support for sourcing activities handled by ODC service centers, while implementing a first level of control over access authorization compliance
• Support onboarding and technical assistance for ODC partners
• Drive adoption of the Dynatrace APM tool within the Tribe
• Provide backup support for AWS-related activities within the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Mandatory:

• At least 2 years of experience with Dynatrace to support application managers in enhancing their expertise across various Dynatrace modules, providing answers to their questions, and delivering effective solutions
• Strong coordination skills to structure and prioritize initiatives, plan tasks, lead and coordinate contributing teams, manage budgets, and oversee project execution
• Technical expertise with an architecture-oriented approach to ensure reliable reference data, conduct analyses, and provide guidance for informed decision-making
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in French (mandatory)

• Fluency in English (highly desirable)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work autonomously
