Position Description:
Support the consistent and effective delivery of Talent & OD processes across the SBUs by providing structured support, coordination, accurate reporting, reliable documentation and clear communication within the global guidelines.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Support and coordinate Talent & OD processes (Talent Review, Succession, Performance, RCF) and support documentation, data gathering, reporting and data validation.
• Maintain timelines, trackers and follow-up actions to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain the CoE SharePoint site by ensuring all files are correctly uploaded, named, and filed according to our team standards.
• Contribute to OD/Talent projects and identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation.
• Use productivity, project-management and AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency.

• Familiarity with basic project-management practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR/Labour Relations, Sociology, Business Administration or similar.
• Additional training in HR, Talent, OD, People Analytics or Project Management valued but not required.
• English proficiency (B2+ / C1)
• Proficiency in French or German is highly desirable
• Interest in AI tools and process optimization.
• Familiarity with project-management tools and structured coordination methods.
Experience
• 0–2 years’ experience in HR, Talent, OD, People Operations or Consulting (internships included).
• Experience with data, reporting or structured processes valued.
• Exposure to multinational or virtual environments is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced context.
• High motivation to learn and grow within CGI’s global OD function.
