Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer – Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, and functions
• Understand business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions
• Perform data analysis and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Optimize dashboard performance and handle large datasets efficiently
• Collaborate with data engineers and business teams for data integration
• Implement best practices for data visualization and storytelling
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues
• Mentor junior team members and guide best practices
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong experience in Tableau (dashboarding, visualization, reporting)
• Expertise in PL/SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in handling large datasets and performance optimization
