Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced React UI Mid-Level Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js
• Implement and manage application state using Redux / Context API / modern state management libraries
• Architect reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality production-ready code
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality
• Troubleshoot complex UI and production issues
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with Redux or alternative state management (Context API, Zustand, etc.)
• Solid expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience in REST API integration
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization
• Experience with version control tools like Git
