Sytem Analyst and Release Manager

Position Description:

We are looking for a talented System Analyst and Release Manager to join our system integration team. The successful candidate will play a dual role, ensuring both the stability of integration systems and coordinating the delivery of integration projects. The analyst sought will join a dynamic team where the spirit of collaboration reigns and where each project is a new adventure.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
-Coordinate the resolution of production and non-production incidents.
-Use the tools in place to help investigate incidents.
-Coordinate deployments.
-Validate and execute deployment plans.
-Ensure the transfer to operations in delivered changes.
-Monitor system performance indicators.

REQUIREMENTS
-At least 3 years of professional experience as a system analyst, integration engineer or similar position.
-Knowledge of API, database and networking technologies.
-Proficiency in service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC).
-Experience with application performance management tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.).
-Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Strong sense of urgency.
-Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
