• 3+ years of working/interacting with clients.
• Understand and manage the client contracts & SLAs.
• Manage status updates, incident analysis and reporting for high severity incidents affecting clients.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive solutions for the clients.
• Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills; critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative.
• Experience making decisions quickly in difficult situations. Ability to take responsibility/ ownership for decisions, seeking advice where appropriate.
• Time management, attention to detail, expectation setting and organizational skills to provide solid service management. Ability to work on own initiatives with minimal management supervision.
• Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, expectation management with all project team resources, maintaining a high degree of professionalism in all situations (including high stress).
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge on ITIL process
• Proficiency with Agile preferred

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all offshore services for CGI’s customers.
• Provide production support for clients
• Ready to work in shift if required
• Work as an SDM/Incident manager. Coordinate with onshore team and agencies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Primary Skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA (or any other Agile tools), ITIL process

Desired Skills: Project and Visio
