Solution Architect – Microsoft D365 Business Central

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our delivery team in support of our client, as part of the implementation of Microsoft D365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing SaaS and ERP integration projects, with specific expertise in Microsoft D365 Business Central or another product from the Microsoft D365 suite. This role includes significant client-facing responsibilities, in collaboration with a Technical Architect based in Sweden.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- EMS/EMT Proficiency: Learn and utilize CGI's internal tool for duplicating legal entities in Business Central (training provided by the Sweden team).
- Integration Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions and issues related to system integration.
- Coordination with Technical Architect (Sweden): Work closely with the Sweden-based technical team to ensure smooth solution development and implementation.
- Client Interaction:
- Actively participate in client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations (PowerPoint, etc.).
- Address technical questions in Q&A sessions.
- Client-Facing Representation: Represent the technical team in client interactions, ensuring clear, professional, and responsive communication.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Proven experience in managing SaaS and ERP integration projects.
- Significant experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central or another product from the Microsoft D365 suite.
- Strong team collaboration and cross-functional project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to learn and work with internal tools like EMS/EMT.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
