Software Engineer-SAP HR HCM

Position Description
Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Work Experience in Support and Roll out project
• Developing Custom enhancements and reports
• Qualified candidates will work on SAP-HCM Implementation and support projects.
• This position’s primary function is to provide applications and solutions consulting to the customer and project team by understanding, analyzing and translating those requirements to enhance, support and facilitate effective solutions through either configuration or development.
• Typical implementation project scope includes: Design, develop and implementation for SAP Payroll for USA country grouping.
• Seeking highly motivated Certified professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience in SAP Payroll - USA
• Work closely with key business data to design, implement and support SAP Payroll - USA
• Experience in Organization Management, Personnel administration and Time Management is necessary.
• Good to have experience in Telecom Domain
• Good knowledge of Payroll systems

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Primary Skill : Payroll, OM, PA, HCM
• Secondary Skill : TM- Both Positive and Negative TM.
• Should have experience in sub module like PA, PY, OM, BN,TM, Training & Event Management ,Travel Management.
• Strong communication and inter personal skills
• HR modules (PA, PY,OM and TM)
• Mandatory Skills: Significant experience and a proven track record with SAP Payroll for USA country grouping
• Good experience in BSI Integration
• 3+ years of Real time experience with working in SAP USA Payroll module.
• experience in other modules like OM, PAPD, Time management
• Extensive knowledge on working with SAP-PY Module.
• Strong business and interpersonal skills to successfully navigate both business and technical discussions
• Able to work independently to deliver time sensitive projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable collaboration with business/technical teams and deliver solutions to business customers across business units
• Experience in SAP-Payroll for Canada would be added advantage
