Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team in building high-performing, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications. As part of our talented software development team, you will contribute to critical product-based applications that support key business functions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications that are critical to business operations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java and XML using modern IDEs.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Independently design, develop, and integrate software features, enhancements, and bug fixes of varying complexity.
• Follow standard coding guidelines and best practices to ensure code consistency and quality.
• Use version control tools (e.g., GitLab, Bitbucket) to manage code repositories and track changes across releases.
• Participate in agile processes, including user story grooming, sprint planning, and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with team members and stakeholders.
• Apply strong analytical and multitasking skills to manage concurrent tasks and challenges.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with JIRA, GitLab or Bitbucket, and Confluence is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization and DevOps pipelines is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
