Position Description
As a ServiceNow SPM Junior Consultant, you will support our clients in the operational execution of ServiceNow processes within the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. You will play a key role in end-user support, ad hoc reporting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure optimal performance of SPM functionalities.
Responsibilities
Execute procedural process steps in ServiceNow within the SPM module.
Provide end-user support via tickets, email, Teams chat, or video calls.
Create ad hoc ServiceNow reports as required.
Perform simple data-oriented analyses.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key Requirements
Basic knowledge of the ServiceNow SPM module (demand, project, program, portfolio, resource management, reporting).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Comfortable with direct communication with end-users.
Availability to work according to the Paris time zone (±1 hour).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working with ServiceNow in an operational or support role.
Understanding of IT service management processes.
Experience collaborating with international teams.
Interest in developing a career within ServiceNow platforms and certifications.
