Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Senior ServiceNow Business System Architect, you'll responsible for the holistic design, direction and strategy of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will provide a technology direction, thought leadership and technical vision for the platform

· Create, maintain and communicate the Enterprise ServiceNow architecture and best practices
· Communicate with clients in both technical and non-technical terms with an ability to understand and articulate business requirements and provide advice and guidance on suitable solutions
· Identify best-in-class ServiceNow capabilities that achieve business strategy; identify and communicate resulting future needs and opportunities
· Lead and advise on the design of innovative solutions
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the platform's technical and business architectures, implementation state, revision history and interdependencies
· ITSM, ITOM, SecOps modules of ServiceNow (including Service Portal, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Event Management, CMDB, Asset Management, etc.)
· Creating and modifying workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow editor
· Working on integration of other tools with ServiceNow using APIs, REST, SOAP, workflows, OOTB integrations, etc.
· Deep knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations and procedures.
· Assuring quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.
· Adapting to change quickly and adjusting work accordingly in a positive manner.
· Being flexible and thriving in an evolving environment.

· Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields is required.
· Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of ServiceNow roadmap and latest feature/functionality
· Complete understanding of the Agile approach
· Deep industry and best practice knowledge (ITIL) and proven expertise in ITSM implementation and improvement
· Ņ+ years of experience in enterprise IT implementations
· Ņ+ years of experience with IT architecture, Design principles, database architecture and relational databases
· Ń+ years experience in implementing ServiceNow (specifically ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, as well as expertise in integrations and CMDB)
· experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps for enterprise-wide business initiatives
· demonstrated hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
· Deep knowledge and experience in the implementation of CMDB in ServiceNow.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management or Software Asset Management)
· Experience with Agile and Waterfall in a large organization
· Keen at problem-solving, excellent at communicating (both written and oral) and have strong interpersonal skills
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Proactive and take the initiative to make decisions, identify and recommend improvements when required.
· Bilingual French and English
· Valid security clearance (Reliable or Secret) Asset

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.

We are seeking individuals with expertise in IT architect-related functions, but licensure from an architect regulator is not a prerequisite for this position.
