Within CGI, the "Defense and Intelligence" metro market organization offers a comprehensive end-to-end portfolio to optimally support our clients in the public and private sectors in their digital transformation.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining tickets and operating Linux- and Windows-based infrastructures, system platforms, and applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• You will communicate with customers and users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• You will handle troubleshooting and provide technical support or escalate the issue to your colleagues in 2nd-level support for more complex cases.
• You will create reports, documentation, and HowTo guides.
• You will assist in managing system environments and platforms.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You should bring some of the following qualifications:
• You have some experience in technical support and working with ticketing systems.
• You may have already gained initial insights into IT service management (e.g., incident, problem, change, and release management).
• You may have had initial exposure to or experience with Windows servers and their system administration, or with Windows server applications (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Web Server).
• You may have had some exposure to virtualization technologies, database systems, backup & restore, cloud technologies, networks, or monitoring tools.
