Position Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Back Office TPF service operator is ultimately responsible for Timesheet Processing and Back Office mail room operations and data entry which include but are not limited to: sorting, batching, letter opening, scanning, and indexing forms/documents.
The Back Office TPF service operator may assist with key data entry of payroll forms as needed and will work closely with the Back Office team. The Back Office TPF service operator needs to be able to work independently, yet work well in the team setting as needed.

• Sorts, batches incoming mail for both TPF and Back Office
• May participate in letter opening operations
• May participate in scanning operations
• May participate in OCR validation operations
• May participate in KDE of payroll forms
• Functions positively in a technological and team-based environment
• Makes suggestions for improvements for current business processes as identified
• Follows all pertinent policies and procedures
• Maintains production standards and meets quality expectations.
• Work with multiple functional areas (mailroom, data prep, scan, data entry, and Back Office tasks) to ensure overall Service Level Agreements are met.
• Follows all guidelines in compliance with security and privacy standards, inclusive of but not limited to HIPAA standards
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Ability to pass background check
• Must be detail oriented – accuracy is important
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (ACCESS, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
