Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 1 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Primary Focus: Process and service client investment requests while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret client requests in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines for both registered and non-registered investments.
• Complete client requests through accurate data entry within the book of record.
• Manage digital images and servicing activities for client accounts.
• Operate information retrieval systems to research and extract records following established guidelines.
• Ensure quality assurance by maintaining information accuracy and business process integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining departmental processes, templates, and standards to enhance project outcomes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
• Proficiency with information systems and data entry.
• Knowledge of investment products and compliance guidelines is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
