Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java Spring Boot Microservices and React.js. The ideal candidate should have end to end implementation experience, strong architectural understanding, and the ability to work proactively in a client facing (US client) environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend)
. Build and consume RESTful APIs following industry best practices
. Develop backend services using Java 17, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
. Implement responsive and dynamic UIs using React.js, hooks, and modern state management
. Participate in architecture design discussions and contribute to system level decisions
. Handle end to end ownership: requirement analysis → design → development → testing → deployment
. Collaborate with cross functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps
. Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing
. Proactively identify improvements, performance bottlenecks, and risks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have:

. Strong experience in Java 17
. Expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
. Experience building REST APIs
. Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA
. Experience with Stream API, functional programming concepts
. Understanding of exception handling, logging, validation frameworks

Frontend (Must Have)

. Strong experience in React.js
. Hands on with: Functional components & React Hooks State management (Context API / Redux preferred) REST API integration
. Good understanding of: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Responsive UI design and performance optimization

Architecture & Design

. Strong understanding of: Microservices design patterns Scalable and maintainable architecture API design principles and security basics
. Familiarity with design principles (SOLID, clean architecture)

Good to have :

. Proven end to end delivery experience
. Experience working in an Agile environment
. Mandatory experience working with US clients / global stakeholders
. Demonstrated ability to handle client communication and expectations

Behavioral Skills

. Highly proactive and ownership driven
. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
. Effective communication and collaboration
. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
. Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
. Exposure to event driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)
. Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.)
