Position Description: We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with strong experience in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, databases, and modern DevOps practices to design and develop scalable end-to-end web applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS
• Develop scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and API integrations
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Optimize application performance across both UI and backend layers
• Implement application monitoring and observability using Dynatrace
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and solution development
• Ensure applications adhere to security, accessibility, and coding standards
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have Skills
Front-End Skills:
• Strong experience with ReactJS
• Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with Redux for state management
• Experience with Material UI and responsive UI development
• Ability to build reusable, maintainable, and responsive UI components
Back-End Skills:
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend microservices
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience with application monitoring and observability using Dynatrace
• Understanding of backend performance optimization and troubleshooting
DevOps & Cloud Skills:
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development
• Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Understanding of modern DevOps practices and production support
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with cloud-native development
• Exposure to GraphQL and GraphQL API development
• Knowledge of modern application architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of application security and accessibility best practices
