We are looking for a proactive and skilled Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and support cutting-edge AI-driven initiatives. This role is critical to building and maintaining scalable, reliable infrastructure for machine learning models and data-intensive applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong DevOps expertise, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and a solid understanding of AI/ML workflows.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI and ML workflows.

Collaborate with data science and AI engineering teams to streamline model development, testing, and deployment processes.

Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) optimized for AI workloads.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.

Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.

Monitor performance and availability of ML models and supporting infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

Implement and maintain security best practices across DevOps processes.

Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and perform root cause analysis.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and repeatability of deployment processes for real-time AI systems in production.

Support data versioning and ML workflow management using tools such as DVC, MLflow, or Kubeflow.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably in data or AI/ML-centric environments.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).

Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

Exposure to ML pipelines and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).

Solid scripting ability in Bash and Python.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

Knowledge of data versioning tools like DVC is a plus.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Monitor AI model performance and infrastructure metrics; set up alerts and dashboards.
- Implement security best practices in all DevOps processes.
- Support containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) of AI workloads.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Build and manage scalable infrastructure for AI/ML models in production environments.
- Ensure robust and repeatable deployment processes for large-scale, real-time AI systems.
