Senior Project Manager (Fraud IT)

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and execute complex initiatives across business and IT domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from planning through execution, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving successful delivery within complex organizational structures.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Establish and maintain governance structures across lower, middle, and senior/executive levels.
Monitor and report on project status, milestones, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
Manage relationships with business and IT teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and timely decision-making.
Oversee project financials and budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
Communicate effectively with senior executives, demonstrating executive presence and influencing decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within complex delivery environments.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. Proven experience managing large-scale projects in IT and business environments.
2. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence decision-making at the executive level.
4. Solid understanding of financial management, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation.

**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
