Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our QA team. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the quality and functionality of our products and identify any defects or issues.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated test scripts using testing frameworks such as Selenium/Cucumber/BDD framework
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects or issues
• Collaborate with development team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Design and maintain automated test suites to ensure adequate coverage of functionality
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability of code and identify areas for test automation
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software products

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing in a full-stack development environment.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications with Java, Angular, and Oracle components.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across multiple application layers (UI, API, database).
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman, REST Assured).
• Validate RESTful APIs and database interactions, ensuring data integrity and consistency across services.
• Work closely with frontend and backend teams to identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, and test planning sessions.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment processes.
• Ensure high standards of quality and test coverage through effective test design and risk-based testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Candidate should be good in data testing process, defect management with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in constructing simple to complex SQLs with joins, analytics functions, sub-queries
• Experience with data analysis and report testing is preferred.
• Data analysis experience and Python language skills are a plus.
• Exposure to test automation is good to have.
• Good exposure to agile testing process.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• API Automation experience is good to have. Karate framework experience is good to have.
• Good exposure to agile testing process.
• Good exposure to API testing,UI testing and database testing.
• Should have excellent communication skill to interact with BA’s and LOB.
