Responsibilities
• Deploy and maintain identity and access management (IAM) tools
• Assist users of IAM tools with managing the entire user identity lifecycle, including account creation, modification, and deactivation
• Ensure that identity and access management processes are aligned with internal policies and relevant regulations
• Collaborate with IT security teams to resolve issues related to IAM tools
• Provide training to end-users on the effective use of IAM solutions
Main Functions
The role involves managing the following activities:
1/ Implementation of an IAM service offer for international subsidiaries
• Liaise with local security teams across global business units
• Develop setup processes and security best practice guides for the IAM tool
• Oversee the deployment and onboarding process of the IAM solution
• Create workflows for validation and provisioning
• Support change management activities for all impacted entities
2/ Automatic reconciliation between theoretical and actual access rights
• Export defined application profiles from the IAM tool
• Perform reconciliation and import into the internal access rights database
• Identify and manage discrepancies between valid and invalid access rights
• Automate data extraction processes for reporting and reconciliation
Technical Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity
• Experience producing regular and ad hoc reports related to IAM
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Knowledge of French is a strong advantage
Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and rigor

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Adaptability to changing environments and requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsmust be physically in Portugal, and a work at the office 3/5 days a week
