Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant SAP experience.

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant with strong expertise in rebates, incentives, pricing, and chargebacks management integrated with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FICO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, configuration, implementation, and support of Vistex solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems and alignment with business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Configure and implement SAP Vistex modules including Rebates & Incentives, Billbacks/Chargebacks, Pricing Agreements, and Sales Commissions.

Integrate Vistex solutions with SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules.

Define and maintain master data, agreements, and pricing procedures.

Gather business requirements and translate them into Vistex-based solutions.

Design and manage rebate agreements, incentive programs, and chargeback processes.

Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes involving Vistex.

Provide L2/L3 support for Vistex-related issues including rebate calculations, settlement discrepancies, and pricing errors.

Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.

Collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and interfaces (IDOCs/APIs).

Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.

Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and support development activities.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

Assist in cutover, deployment, and go-live activities.

Maintain configuration documents, process flows, and SOPs.

Ensure compliance with audit requirements and financial controls.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Vistex modules (Rebates, Incentives, Pricing, Chargebacks).

Good understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FICO integration.

Experience in end-to-end OTC processes.

Strong experience in Vistex configuration and implementation.

Experience in production support (L2/L3).

Good understanding of pricing procedures and financial settlements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.

Knowledge of ABAP enhancements, BADIs, and user exits.

Experience in IDOC/API integrations.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
