We are searching several SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. They will be responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Support the design of the business requirements for EC Time & EC
• During the Build phase, support the execution of all necessary configuration activities
• Execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests)
• Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production
• Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach
• Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests)
• Manage documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation)
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 3 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors;
• Experience with Employee Central including Role Based Permissions
• Experience with the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC Time, RBP, Onboarding and People Analytics
• Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies;
• Good analytical, logical problem solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly;
• Experience working with on/off shore team;
• Open to work with different cultures and mind sets;
• Available to punctual travels when needed;
• Excellent communication and soft skills;
• Good level of English, speaking and writing.
