SAP Settlement Management Consultant

Position Description:

As part of the SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program, we are assessing the replacement of Vistex (an add on used for the past ten years to manage off invoice rebates and trade terms) with SAP Settlement Management.

A Senior Consultant with deep expertise in this area is currently leading the feasibility study. The purpose of this role is to support this consultant in a particularly challenging environment and take ownership of part of the operational activities related to analysis, documentation, and coordination.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities

. Participate in the analysis of the current Vistex solution and document existing processes.
. Gather business requirements and contribute to gap analyses against the target solution.
. Participate in international functional workshops with Business and IT teams.
. Produce project governance materials (meeting minutes, summaries, presentations) and track action items.
. Work closely with the senior consultant and contribute to project planning and follow up activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Profile Required

. Experienced consultant with a solid background in international SAP projects.
. Strong understanding of O2C (Order to Cash), billing, and rebate management processes.
. Knowledge of SAP Settlement Management, Vistex, or Trade Terms & Conditions (FTT) mechanisms is a strong advantage.
. Ability to work autonomously alongside a senior subject matter expert.
