CGI is hiring a new colleague to join our growing team, which provides innovative solutions across CGI and its clients and provides this is a unique opportunity to get involved and learn valuable skills related to the SAP Release Management process.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Work closely with the customer to ensure effective collaboration and understanding of requirements in area of SAP Release Management process.
• Communicate clearly with multiple process stakeholders on the customer's side to align on goals and expectations related to individual SAP releases.
• Drive and manage individual SAP releases to ensure they are delivered with minimal deviation, complete in scope and within defined timeframe.
• Efficiently escalate topics to the governance group on the customer's side to address any issues or share risks with potential impact on release completion in time and budget.
• Cascade tasks suitable for standardization to a group of CGI release coordinators focused on less senior support tasks.
• Coordinate delivery of release management process from an organizational and quality control perspective.
• Work in a multicultural and multinational distributed environment.
• Experience continuous growth in experience and responsibility.
• Develop advanced knowledge of the client’s environment, procedures, and specifics.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Interest to start and get involved into SAP Release Management area for long term.
• Experience with active Service Coordination and Service Management.
• Familiarity ITIL processes, such as Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Ability to set priorities and work under pressure as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA ITSM tools.
• A positive "can-do" and "will-do" attitude.
• Strong ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to clearly articulate recommended solutions for various service situations.
• Ability to independently develop your skills over the long term.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• A university degree (Bachelor’s and above) is a plus.
