The ideal candidate would be someone with strong expertise in Business Objects Data Services v4.x or any latest version of ETL Tools as well as a solid background in a large complex environment. Your future duties and responsibilities
• Monitor, coordinate and respond to support incidents as per SLA’s

• Manage and fulfill service requests

• Provide analysis of system defects as and when required

• Undertake root cause analysis and problem investigation

• Liaise / promote and foster good working relationships with clients and other CGI teams

• Understand / adhere to quality / security standards and processes applicable to the role.

• Acquire and enhance technical knowledge of supported applications / systems.

• Analyze, design, build, test and implement enhancements to existing systems and/or new applications.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, and contribute to project deliverables where applicable

• Provide estimating services to clients and other CGI teams Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Strong Knowledge and min. of 3 years of experience in SAP (Business Objects Data Services) v4.x or any latest version of ETL Tools

• Experience with SQL and SQL Scripting

• HANA, Oracle Databases

• Understanding technical specs for ETL

• Understanding of integration points and the order of their execution

• Profiling various information systems, capture source/target mappings and transformations based on project requirements

• Designing complex SAP Data Services job flows to extract from/load to systems such as HANA and Oracle

• Experience with SAP BODS transforms such as Query, Validation, Merge, Case transforms

• Tuning jobs for high volume and complex transformation scenarios

• Configuring BODS components

• Good communication skills

• Linux Scripting w/ min 1 year experience

• Must have hands on experience with SAP HANA (Installations, troubleshooting, upgrades/migrations)
