Position Description:

This hybrid role requires working at our client office (250 Yonge Street) at least 3 days per week, subject to change.

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in Salesforce and nCino environments to manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and ensure quality through automated and manual testing. The ideal candidate will bridge development and operations while maintaining accountability for QA, ensuring smooth, reliable, and secure delivery of enterprise applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and nCino applications.
• Automate deployments and release management using Bitbucket, JIRA, and related DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality, implement testing frameworks, and uphold QA standards.
• Participate in functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and documentation to streamline DevOps and QA processes.
• Monitor application health, performance, and security, and troubleshoot issues in coordination with development teams.
• Support environment provisioning, configuration management, and system integration tasks.
• Document deployment processes, workflows, and QA results using Confluence and visualization tools like Gliphy.
• Provide guidance on DevOps best practices and QA standards across teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Strong understanding of APEX, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Proficiency with GIT, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Jenkins, and Copado.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control, and deployment pipelines (Bitbucket, JIRA).
• Solid QA experience, including test planning, automated testing, and defect management.
• Familiarity with documentation and visualization tools (Confluence, Gliphy).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams.

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification and/or nCino certifications.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripts.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
