Position Description:

Join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator / JR TA Partner and gain valuable experience by supporting the growth of technology teams in one of the leading IT companies! We don't require years of recruitment experience – we will teach you everything!

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating recruitment processes and scheduling meetings with candidates and the business.
• Administrative work, including contract preparation.
• Keeping statistics, analyzing data, and creating reports.
• Supporting active candidate searches (mainly IT roles, including backend, frontend, analysts, Dynamics, CRM, DevOps, Big Data, ETL, .NET).
• Working with the ATS system – managing applications, pipelines, and reporting.
• Building a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Collaborating with the marketing team on employer branding projects.
• Participating in international initiatives – sharing knowledge and best practices within CGI's global structures.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Nice to have: experience in project coordination and the ability to smoothly handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking).
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Proactive approach, independence, and a problem-solving mindset.
