Project Manager with German

Position Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong expertise in system integration projects and fluency in German. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex integration initiatives, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders across international teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Management of typical projects include offer and marketing topics, agile further developments of existing project processes or the further development of software systems for the shop platform.
• Controlling and planning cross-disciplinary and cross-location projects in a multi-project management environment with regard to time, quality & budget, with particular consideration of the requirements of a particularly short time to market.
• Central interface between product development, distribution, marketing, sales and software development to ensure that all aspects such as systems, processes, organization and quality are considered.
• Central contact point for internal clients as part of the order clarification.
• Addressee-specific communication for a high level of transparency towards all internal and external project participants.
• Identify and evaluate risks at an early stage, organize solutions or necessary countermeasures.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience leading projects in the Mobile & DSL sector.
• Strong knowledge of multi-project management and agile methods.
• Expertise in time, quality, and budget planning for projects.
• Solid understanding of software development, IT systems, and shop platforms.
• Experience in software system improvements and quality assurance.
• Excellent stakeholder management with clear and transparent communication.
• Ability to analyze requirements, assess risks, and implement solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional and cross-location teams.
• Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and making quick decisions under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, ensure high-quality outcomes, and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing conditions and openness to new approaches.
• Fluent in German and English (advanced level).
