Your future duties and responsibilities:

The OAC (Optimization and Continuous Improvement) team is responsible for optimizing the processes of the Payroll Services Center (PSC) to continue providing quality service to our clients, considering their constant growth.
Being a project manager in the OAC team means:
• Representing the various sectors of the PSC and actively participating in various working committees and agile ceremonies
• Identifying internal procedure needs, modifying them, or creating new ones as part of an OAC project
• Identifying and analyzing operational and client impacts and making recommendations
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the project
• Proposing initiatives to optimize and improve PSC business processes
• Monitoring deployments and coordinating efforts for these initiatives
• Leading projects and ensuring good performance according to the expectations of the stakeholders
• Keeping management informed of the progress of all projects

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• University degree in a field related to the position or any other combination of education and relevant experience
• Knowledge of a project planning tool, banking, and payroll
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, including significant experience in payroll or human resources
• Project management experience is an asset
• Good skills in organization, planning, and priority management
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and Agile context
• Skills in change management, communication, and writing
• Leadership skills
• Good knowledge of the Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
